Locker troubleshooting
How to use the locker:
After you received the access code from Lana, simply dial it into the lock. Make sure the numbers align with the three white lines between the dials.
After you have the code dialled, pull the lock down to open it.
After you done using the locker, kindly lock it back for the next client.
Common issues:
Double-check your combination. Read the numbers that line up with the white indicator line. Make sure each wheel clicks into position. Double-check for similar-looking numbers like 6 and 8.
A wheel may be off by one click. Try checking each wheel carefully and make sure the number is perfectly centered on the white indicator line.
Push the body of the lock upward toward the shackle to release the pressure. Try rotating the number wheels to your 4-digit combination. Once the numbers are aligned with the white indicator line, pull the shackle up to open the lock.
Press each number wheel firmly and rotate in both directions. Use the tip of your finger rather than your fingernail. Dial the code one digit at a time.
Use your phone's flashlight. Look directly at the white indicator line. Read each wheel carefully before opening.
If the lock is bent, broken, or won't operate normally, please don't force it. Text us for further assistance!
